Hanam Data Center is a hyperscale / colocation data center located in Hanam-si with a total capacity of 40MW and a target IT load of 25.44MW and has gross floor area of 41,919m2 across 12 floors (2 underground floors, 10 aboveground floors). The main tenant of the Target is LG CNS Co., Ltd. The main tenant has signed (i) rent agreements to collectively rent the entire space within Hanam Data Center and (ii) data center use agreements with the actual users of Hanam Data Center, which correspond to space rented in respective rent agreement. The actual users install, maintain, and operate server racks, servers and storage devices in the rented space on their own expense.
MKIF committed to invest in Hanam Data Center through a special purpose company Green Digital Infra Co., Ltd. (“GDI”). As of the record date, MKIF is a 100% shareholder of GDI, and MKIF’s total investment commitment in GDI is KRW 423.0 billion (equity KRW 23.0 billion, subordinated loan KRW 400.0 billion). As of 30 June 2025, KRW 419.0 billion (equity KRW 23.0 billion, subordinated loan KRW 396.0 billion) has been deployed, and the remaining investment commitment is expected to be made during 2025.
